On September 9th 2010, Canadian independent record label, eLLIPTIC The Symphony Records, will release their much anticipated remix ‘A Rapper’s Motivation (The Remix)’ produced by Casino Productions. The music video was released on YouTube June 30th 2010 and in just 30 days received more then 30,000 plays. This will be their first follow up to 2009’s hit release, ‘BAFA-RMX’. The release precedes the label’s follow up album, entitled ‘Art is Life Vol 2: Signed On The Dotted Line.’ The album features all original music from The Symphony’s lead artists: Truezt, Special, the artists and producers around them such as JCORI, Andrew ‘Casino’ McFarlane and DMA productions. ‘Art is Life Vol 2: Signed On The Dotted Line’ is due out late 2010.

eLLIPTIC The Symphony’s, Riley ‘Special’ Wallace was first noticed by industry majors and fans alike in 2007. After releasing his mixtape ‘Mr. One Of A Kind,’ hosted by Atlanta’s own DJ Lion, a member of the Sniper Squad DJ’s. Nick ‘Truezt’ Pasvanis, Co-founder and artist of eLLIPTIC The Symphony Records released his first single in 2006 entitled ‘Write’ featuring JD Era, known best for his song ‘Rock N Roll.’ featuring Young Money’s artist Drake. ‘A Rappers Motivation (The Remix)’ also features original verses from Millen, a veteran MC and a member of the ‘e’ Team. Millen who hales form Ottawa will share the limelight with Toronto’s Set2. Set2 is currently working on his debut album which will include production from musical mastermind T. Williams (Trey Songz & Nate Dogg), Boi-1da (Eminem, Dr. Dre's highly-anticipated album, Detox, & Rochester a.k.a Juice) and Detroit’s Alpha-Bet (King Gordy, Razaaq, Bizzarre).

After Image Records/Jersey Sound Lab artist, Internal Quest, is also featured on the remix. This young rapper was raised in Newark, New Jersey, and is half of the hip-hop group 4th Quarter (with Special). Quest has Brick City in the palm of his hands, his debut album drops Fall 2010. Ladi G will burst out of Brooklyn to hit the streets of Toronto with her verse on the Remix. Ladi G is a 19 year old fearless female MC. Her debut single, 'So Brooklyn' has already built up much anticipation. Ladi G is managed by The Next Phase Entertainment.

Kestin Cornwall, Ryan Knight, Nick Pasvanis, Riley Wallace, Jon Todd and the team started shooting the music video for ‘A Rappers Motivation (I’m Here)’ Saturday at 7pm after weeks of planning. The shoot duration was a solid 12 hours meaning most of the team was up for more the 24h straight. The product looks great!

In September 2009 we organized and help produce this video in less then a week after receiving news we had access to the new RED Camera. The same technology was used to shoot Gi Joe and Knowing.
